
Are you shy when it comes to work at the gym?
Deep down you may even know there is no reason to feel like, because that positive changes in your life is commendable, and you do it for you, and you only!
It may however be difficult to overcome the shyness, if you are a type of person who worry what others think about you.
Self-esteem and confidence issues can really eat away at you and prevent you from achieving your goals for fitness.
We had recently about the diet blog forum a sharepost from someone who can not only be working in a gym, because they believe that all are judging them.

1. start at home
